Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich with dark fruit and smoke flavors.

Palate: Elegance and richness abound in this reserve blend. The tannins are soft, and add texture to the entire experience. This is a robust wine to match with richly flavored dishes.

Wine Making
Grapes put into vats by gravity; light crushing, fermentation, maintenance of level by racking, pumping over and cap-punching under temperature control. Matured in new French oak barrels, on the lees for 18 months.
