Print Tasting Notes

Tasting Notes
A pale yellow color with greenish tints. An intense bouquet of buttery aromas and delicate toasted hints, lots of flesh. Very full and rounded on the palate. Very good aromatic length.

Wine Making
The grapes are picked by hand and sorted. Before pressing, the harvest is macerated on the skins with stabilization in cold conditions. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out in barrels. The winemaking process comes to a close with maturing on the fine lees in new oak barrels with regular stirring.

Food Affinities
Serve as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish and certain cheeses (ewe or goats cheese)

Blend
60% Sauvignon
30% Semillion
10% Muscadelle
